HP 15C Calculator app good for
Android版は積分で死ぬので直して下さい
iPhone版は問題ありません
Just what I needed and works like the real one.
But how is it possible to change the decimal point to a comma, since the ON button is not available?
Before buying check the web for more credible reviews, I found lots. RPN is really addictive after using it and although I dont crank out the math I used to this app feels just like an old friend reincarnate. Still have my original calculator with the instructions which should work fine with this app. I love it. Paid a lot of money for the original calc and more for the plug in chips. In 2014 dollars this costs squat! One wish, let me paste in numbers Ive copied from other sources. Its not original but this is the computer age.
This hasnt been updated in ages but it remains a great 15c calculator. The best RPN calculator Of the dozens Ive tried. Ive used it for years on my iPads and iPhones, up to iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2.
Havent encountered any issues, but obviously it is very difficult to exercise the majority of the features this has.
It has a great built in user manual which obviously helps with some of the more advanced functionality, but if you are familiar with RPN its more nascent features are intuitive.
I havent given it 5 stars as it hasnt been optimized for the different aspect ratios of the newer iPhones. Doesnt affect functionality, though.
The default key click sound can be turned off in the iOS Settings; some people wont know to do that and can be put off by the clicks.
Some bad moments
The trig functions SIN/COS/TAN and their inverses are stuck in radians mode. Set g DEG mode, and the angles still are measured in radians. Not only that, the polar-rectangular conversion buttons do nothing! Aaaaarghh!
I like this application, but my iPhone is generating a message that reads that the app can have a negative impact on the performance of the phone unless it is updated.
If you need programming dont buy this app. Programming doesnt
work on latest iOS.
The developer has not updated since 2012!
HP update this app for screen size and key size, fix the sound of the buttons!
Im still waiting for HP to fix this app and it will become my first choice calc.
for now its in a folder on page 7. Ive never had a calculator that sounds like this when I press a key. HP this is stupid. Fix the click. Dont buy this until its updated.
The sound of the keys is an obnoxious clunk and the volume is only controlled by the master volume. I wish it was controllable without turning down the volume of my ringer and other apps and a more subtle "click"
It seems like the "target" area for the buttons (iPhone) is a bit small. I miss the buttons with this app more often than with others calculator apps. Its very close to being great, but these small items keep me from wanting to use it. I cant afford mistakes from missing buttons in my job. Having invested $15, I hope HP is responsive and fixes these items. Until then I have a better, less expensive 48sx emulator with bigger buttons and a viewable stack.
I have downloaded the HP15C to realize that what I got does not match the description at the App Store. I was looking for a complete scientific calculator but I have ended up with a mere, simple and, compared to what I wanted, useless calculator.
none of the functions beyond basic math work on my ipad
please fix it HP?
